For 21 years, your hometown jazz society (The SVJS) has been bringing FREE high quality professional jazz to Sonoma. Give your business a boost among local Sonoma Residents by becoming an Advertising sponsor of the SVJS. All proceeds after expenses go to support music education in the valley.

Your Sponsorship

1. Your organization’s name is individually printed on its own poster card and then prominently displayed at stage front of Grinstead Amphitheater during each of our four FREE Tuesday Night Market Jazz Concerts. We estimate thousands of local Sonoma residents will recognize your sponsorship during the summer.

2. At each of four FREE concerts, members of the audience receive a program for the evening outlining the performers, their backgrounds etc. But more importantly, it also lists your business as a sponsor of the concert.

3. Before each concert and during intermission, we’ll call attention to sponsor’s names and encourage our audience to use your products and services.

4. Our dues-paying members will be made aware of your sponsorship and will be enthusiastic to patronize your business throughout the year.

5. We highlight a different sponsor each week on the home page of our website with your logo, information on your business and a link to your website. Average traffic to site is ~1000 visitors a month.

6. When you are highlighted on the website you will also be in our email blast that goes out to 600 + Sonoma email addresses with your information.

7. You will receive free admission to our annual members and sponsors party.

Jazz Lovers Annual Sponsorship $250

The Jazz Lovers Sponsorship Level includes all of the 7 items above. You will receive 2 free admissions to our annual members and sponsors party.

Jazz Patron Annual Sponsorship $2000

The Jazz Patron will be recognized as the Official Patron of one of our FREE Tuesday Night Market Concerts during the summer in Grinstead Amphitheater. This level includes all of the 7 items above, plus the following exclusive benefits:

* At the Performance, a banner will announce your company as the patron sponsor of that night’s concert, and you will be invited to address the audience at intermission. The concert program will also highlight your sponsorship, and we will distribute one piece of your promotional literature with the program (at your discretion). You will receive an autographed CD from the performing group and be invited to meet them after the concert at the SVJS table, where you will also receive a copy of the show poster.

* On our website and in our weekly email blast, your company will be highlighted as Patron of the month for the entire month.

* We will book for you one of our performing groups for your personal or company party at your location, at no charge to you for the 2 45-minute sets.

* You will receive 4 free admissions to our annual members and sponsors party.

* You will be invited as a Guest on our local jazz radio show for 1 hour, where you can bring your favorite jazz recordings to play, discuss your interest in jazz, jazz artists, etc., as well as informally talk about your company’s services to the Sonoma community.

Please make sure to email us your logo, business address and phone and any tag line you would like to be added next to your name. Optionally you can become an anonymous sponsor but enjoy the discounts and free annual members and sponsor party.

The Jazz Aficionado - This level includes the list of 7 items above and a larger display of company logo on site, 8 tickets to our Member & Sponsors Party with special seating, 4 Free cds signed by artists, signed Poster of event. Guest on our local jazz raido show for 1 hour where you can bring your favorite jazz recordings to play, discuss your interest in jazz, jazz artiists and plug your business.

The Jazz Patron Level - This level includes the list of 7 items above and a larger display of company logo on site, a full page in each of our concert programs, 12 tickets to our Member & Sponsors Party with special seating, 6 Free cds signed by artists, signed Poster of event. Guest on our local jazz raido show for 1 hour where you can bring your favorite jazz recordings to play, discuss your interest in jazz, jazz artiists and plug your business. Free personal jazz concert at your gathering. We have a long list of artists to choose from.
