Your donations go towards the four FREE concerts we provide each year in the Sonoma Plaza - the 2nd Tuesday of the month - June through September. Donations go towards Plaza rental fees, insurance, equipment rental, sound, trash pickup, bathroom cleanup, programs, mailings, and of course the Musicians!

Each year we sponsor two youth to attend the Jazz Camp at the Sonoma Community Center. We also help the Camp by supporting the teachers during the camp, emails and publicity.

The Sonoma Valley Jazz Society is made up of only volunteers. None of the volunteers nor the board members receive any pay for their work. All work is done because we want to promote one of America's orginal art forms - Jazz and its musicians - young and old!  But most importantly to enhance the Sonoma Community with our events.

We schedule the musicans that play at the Lodge in the Gallery Lounge every Friday and Saturday. We also publicize the Logde shows via local radio and newspapers, along with our email blasts. The Lodge at Sonoma handles all the other support functions.
